About the Owner

As creatives, we all have that first spark of inspiration. The moment we realized this was what we wanted to devote our lives to.

For me, that moment happened as a young girl. I watched my mom create a home that was more than just that - it was a sanctuary, a gathering place. It was a warm hug and a hot cup of cider. From then on, creating comfort and beauty was embedded into my personality.

My first job was at fourteen - working for a home stager/family friend. I started the process of honing my craft. Taking high-pressure stakes and using that energy to provide excellent service and top-notch results.

Eventually I turned my staging job into an interior design career - taking on remodels and interior decorating projects all over the PNW. I worked with a small business and learned how to run my own. I worked with clients in one of the most stressful investments they can make and disruptive times in their lives. I continued to learn how to work in the pressure and high stakes.

Then, the planning bug hit me when I coordinated and planned a 200 person conference at my church… and then another event… and then another. I was hooked. I make excel sheets in my free time for fun - why not begin to use those skills to help others and create amazing events?! Quickly I was doing events of all kinds, but my favorite ones were always weddings. I loved working closely with couples to take the stress out of their big day, and be right there beside them throughout the planning process. I love showing up to help couples in every capacity I can - I’m part planner, part therapist, and part hype-woman. It is the joy of my life to help people walk through this season. It’s fun to enjoy the grandeur of it all, but it is grounding to connect with why they are planning this event in the first place. In all my weddings this comes first: helping you marry your best friend.

My hope is that through working together you feel supported, encouraged, and taken care of. My goal is to always be a step ahead, giving you peace of mind throughout your big day and the planning process leading up to it.

Well, you spent all that time scrolling… so enjoy some fun facts!

  • I am happily married to my best friend, Grant. He sent me a happy birthday text one year and by my next birthday we were married (the first of our two weddings… but that’s a story for another time). It was the most whirlwind love story, but so ours, and so incredibly right. When you know you know, huh?

  • We have two adorable cats who love to introduce themselves to clients when I am on calls. Poppy and Maisy!

  • I love thrifting and antiquing whenever I can. My home is full of treasures, new, old, repurposed, and everything in-between.

  • Some silly hobbies of mine: cycling, wearing platform shoes so I look taller than 5’2, creating spreadsheets for any possible occasion, dreaming about the next place we’ll travel to, and hosting elaborate parties - to name a few.

  • Both my husband and I are old souls to our core - Being referred to as a “grandma” is my highest compliment.

  • I love entertaining any chance I get - usually to the effect of multiple times a week.

Now that you know me, share a little about you!

Let’s get in touch - I mean, we’ve got such a good thing going already!
